How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Can I import existing customers?
Yes — go to Settings → Import Data and upload a CSV file with your customer details. Muster maps the columns automatically.
Does the mobile app work offline?
Yes. Field workers can view their schedule, update job statuses, add notes, and upload photos offline. Everything syncs when they're back online.
How do I connect my accounting software?
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage. You'll be redirected to authorise the connection. See our integration guides for step-by-step instructions.
What payment methods do my customers get?
Muster supports Pay by Bank (0.5% fee, capped at £5), card payments (1.5% + 20p), and manual BACS transfer. Customers receive a payment link by email.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period.
